The room was great with a comfortable king-size bed and WiFi, check-in was fast, and we were able to check out late, plus there was parking available onsite. Everything was excellent.

Construccion of the Metro was 24/7. This was out of the hotel's hands.

The location was great for visiting Iglesia del Carmen, and the breakfast was delicious, with convenient onsite parking.

The hotel is conveniently located just next door to “ Iglesia del Carmen ” metro station, " Miraflores ", and many great restaurants, banks, pharmacies and mass transit. There's cool Cafe Ejecutivo within a close distance from the property, make desserts etc.

Selection of eggs at breakfast is inconsistent, but that's just a minor issue.

I liked the location and that it was modern and clean

- There were no glasses for tooth brush (cleaning teeth) - The shower had only warm water - the rooms were not very well isolated; you coud easily hear the guests next door

all the rooms are new-fashioned and the staff is incredibly nice. the services are excellent, including a well-maintained pool.

My partner and I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a week-long vacation. We were pleased with the spacious room, comfortable King-size bed, and ample storage facilities. The ensuite bathroom was also impressive, with a large shower cubicle. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, especially during the busy breakfast service. The hotel's Left Luggage service and clean bathrooms provided a convenient option for us to store our bags and change before heading to the airport. We also enjoyed a pleasant lunch at the hotel restaurant and made use of the swimming pool. a very good experience.
